This winter, the Cheetah HYROX Team is giving you a reason to train broader, smarter, and harder with our newest challenge: the HYROX Passport.

Explore all four pillars of HYROX training and earn rewards.

How it works:

  • Attend one workout in each of our four HYROX pillars before March 2 and earn two complimentary HYROX class passes—use them yourself or bring a friend.

  • Go all in and complete two workouts in each pillar, and you’ll also score an exclusive Cheetah HYROX Training Club tee.

The Four Pillars of HYROX Training

Foundational
Endurance meets strength in a class that mirrors the feel of a HYROX race—fast, fun, and exhilarating. Whether you thrive on lifting, movement, or cardio, this is where it all comes together.

Classes: Sundays at 12:00 PM | Mondays at 6:30 AM & 7:15 PM

Engine
Build your aerobic engine and push your endurance to new levels. This class uses varied cardiovascular methods and smart pacing strategies to deliver an effective, engaging sweat session.

Classes: Wednesdays at 6:30 AM & 7:15 PM

Power
Strength. Speed. Explosiveness. Power focuses on functional fitness movements designed to forge resilience and raw strength by challenging your muscles to perform at their peak.

Classes: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM | Saturdays at 9:00 AM

Complete
Train under fatigue and learn to perform when it counts. This class blends endurance and strength zones to improve compromised performance—one of the most effective ways to elevate your athletic baseline.
