Billing, Account Charges, + Payments

  • To update your billing information, please contact our Member Services team. You can also use the Cheetah app to add or update your bank account details. However, switching between payment methods or updating credit card information must be completed with the assistance of a staff member.

  • We bill all memberships on the 1st of each month.

  • The charge occurred because your debit or credit card was lost, stolen, or expired, causing a payment decline. Cheetah applies a $25 decline fee in these cases. While we understand this can be frustrating, we are required to charge the fee back to the member.

  • We do not accept cash payments for memberships or other services offered at Cheetah Gym.

General Facility

  • Cheetah Gym currently offers on-premise parking for 2 hours without validation.

    There is FREE parking on Ashland Ave. and on surrounding streets when the Cheetah parking lot is full. without.

  • Cheetah Gym does not permit anyone to carry a concealed weapon on the premises of any of our clubs, facilities, or businesses.

  • Yes! Members can rent a locker for $15 per month. Please speak with a Member Services Associate at the Front Desk.

  • No. We provide towels to all members and guests.

  • Folks who use the Men’s Locker Room still need to bring a lock for their lockers.

    All lockers in the Women’s Locker Room and on the gym floor(s) are digital. Instructions for using them are posted.

Membership

  • We offer Flex Memberships that can be canceled at any time.

  • We offer a variety of discounted memberships. Click here to learn more about memberships.

  • You can upgrade your membership to Gym and Classes at any time. Please speak with a Guest Services Associate at the Front Desk.

  • When you change your membership type from Gym and Classes to Gym Only, it is considered a downgrade. This can be changed by speaking with a Guest Services Associate at the Fron Desk.

Classes

  • Yes. All members and guests are required to register prior to taking classes. Please visit our Classes page to learn more.

  • All members are welcome to bring a guest for $15.

  • All specialty classes require a separate payment because they usually have a maximum of 6-8 participants and offer more 1:1 instruction and coaching.

  • Absolutely! Members without a gym and classes membership can take classes for $10 each, or $25 each for Pilates Reformer and Small Group Training.

Cancellation + Account Freezing

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month to avoid being billed for the following month.

    Please email info@cheetahgym.com. We do not accept cancellation requests in person.

    A member can only cancel their one-year commitment if they move 15 miles or more away from the gym’s location. A cancellation fee of $50 or more applies. Proof of address or lease must be provided.

  • That depends on the type of membership and when the cancellation request is received.

    Flex Memberships are the only memberships that can be canceled at any time, per the agreement.

  • Account freezes begin at $10 per month for up to 3 months (90 days).

    Requests for account freezes submitted after the 15th of the month will incur a $25 late request admin fee.

    An account freeze extends all memberships by the length of the freeze. *For example, if you freeze your account for one month, your one-year commitment is extended by one month.
