As part of our annual Säg Hej Health & Wellness celebration this January, you're invited to discover Explore & Restore, a district-wide wellness open house designed for curious minds and healthy living.
On Saturday, January 24, from 10 AM-2 PM, stroll through Andersonville and explore a wide range of wellness-focused businesses offering interactive experiences. Discover services that support physical and mental health, financial well-being, home design, organization, and more. Enjoy short demos, mini-workshops, consultations, samples, and hands-on activities, all designed to help you feel informed, inspired, and restored. Whether you're looking to try something new or deepen existing routines, Explore & Restore offers a fresh way to experience wellness in the neighborhood.

Velona Health | Offering complimentary injury screenings. Whether you're dealing with nagging pain, a recent injury, or want expert guidance on movement and recovery, our team will be on-site to help you understand your body and next steps, at no cost.
Cheetah Gym | Hosting a variety of classes from 9 am – 1 pm. Participants can enjoy two special raffles throughout the event, plus exclusive guest perks. Guests of members will receive a free guest pass to use for a friend at a later date, and Explore & Restore participants new to Cheetah Gym will receive a one-week free pass. Day passes will be $15 instead of $25 for the Exlpre and Restore event.
