Mind + Body Classes

Vinyasa Flow
Link beginning and advanced Yoga poses to your breath with fluid ease. Postures flow and connect one movement to another in this vigorous athletic yoga class. While all levels of yogis are welcome, from beginner to advanced athletes, expect a vigorous workout and some advanced poses!

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a full-body workout that combines yoga poses and strength training. It's designed to improve cardiovascular health, build muscle, and increase flexibility.

Flow + Flex Yoga
Flow & Flex is an all-level practice focused on the elements of stability, strength, flexibility, and mobility that are key to meeting the body's demands, no matter how you choose to move. This dynamic class seamlessly integrates traditional yoga poses with targeted stretches and breathwork. 

Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. Hatha classes are designed for mixed-level participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses, attention to basic alignment, and therapeutic principles.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga begins with gentle movements to warm the muscles and calm the mind and body, preparing for supported postures.
