Video and Photography Notice
1. Photography and Video Recording
By attending our events, entering our premises, or participating in our programs, you understand and agree that Cheetah Gym may take photographs, audio, or video recordings of you.
2. Usage and Rights
You agree that the Cheetah Gym may use, reproduce, broadcast, or publish these recordings in any format (including digital, print, social media, or website) for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.
3. Waiver of Compensation
You understand that these recordings may be used without compensation to you and that you waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished photograph or video.
4. Privacy Request
If you do not wish to have your image recorded, please notify the photographer or an event organizer, or email us at info@cheetahgym.com at least 48 hours prior to the event.
