Pilates Reformer Registration Details

All class participants are required to register and pay ahead of class. Due to small class sizes, there is no guaranteed spot, but if the class is full, participants can be waitlisted. Any participant who is more than 5 minutes late to class may be denied entry, and your spot will be given to another participant. In such an event, you can reschedule for another class.

Group Pilates Classes

In addition to private and group Pilates Reformer classes, we offer Pilates Mat and Pilates Core classes.

Pilates Mat
A dynamic, equipment-free Pilates class that uses bodyweight and controlled movements to build strength, flexibility, and alignment. Pilates Mat focuses on improving posture, enhancing mobility, and developing long, lean muscles through precise, low-impact exercises suitable for all fitness levels.

Pilates Core
An intense, targeted class designed to strengthen the muscles that support your spine and improve overall stability. Pilates Core emphasizes deep abdominal engagement, balance, and control to enhance performance, protect against injury, and create a strong, defined midsection.
