Rocky Horror Cardio Show

Give Yourself Over to Absolute Pleasure: The Rocky Horror Cardio Show
Thursday, January 22, 2026 | 8 pm | $20 | Studio One

Celebrate 50 years of The Rocky Horror Picture Show with a cardio dance class that’s equal parts high-energy workout and wild midnight movie ritual. Sweat, sing along, and strut your way through the entire iconic soundtrack—from the pelvic-thrusting madness of “The Time Warp” to shivering with anticipation.

Open to all levels of unconventional conventionalists and creatures of the night. Sequins, corsets, and fishnets are highly encouraged—because, as they say: Don’t dream it. Be it.

Developed in Los Angeles by Angie Shriner, actor and longtime leader in the dance fitness scene, this cult-favorite class is a love letter to movement, music, and mischief. Angie spent over a decade teaching at Cheetah Gym, and, much like when Tim Curry sings “I’m Going Home” at the end of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, “going home” for Angie has always meant teaching at Cheetah Gym.

Join her for this one-night-only special pop-up event—and let yourself go completely.

A portion of sales will go to the Transformative Justice Law Project.
