About Shannon + Philosophy
Shannon Toulabi is an Advanced Trainer, a certified comprehensive Pilates instructor, a NASM-certified personal trainer, a TRX-certified coach, and a group fitness instructor. She specializes in functional strength, barbell training, Pilates (mat, reformer, tower, chair, barrel), posture correction, and mobility improvement, and has extensive experience managing injuries in the shoulders, knees, and back.
Shannon is committed to helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience, whether they are new to fitness, returning after a break, or looking to elevate their routine. She emphasizes proper form and foundational movements—such as squats, deadlifts, and push/pull exercises—to support sustainable progress and injury prevention.
She tailors exercises and movement modalities to each client’s goals, including working with runners to improve strength, mobility, and injury resilience. Shannon also co-hosts a community-run club and teaches Pilates, HIIT, and TRX classes, offering well-rounded options to complement any fitness program at Cheetah Gym.
