We offer four tiers of trainers—Team, Advanced, Master, and Elite—so you can find the right match for your goals. Every Cheetah coach is nationally certified, highly experienced, and committed to ongoing education through workshops and conferences, ensuring you get the most effective and up-to-date training possible.

PROGRAM RATES

We are excited to offer individual programming at Cheetah as part of clients' training packages at an affordable rate to help you achieve your ultimate fitness goals.

GENERAL DETAILS
• New clients are required to participate in an Introduction to Personal Training, Private Yoga, or Pilates Reformer sessions (3-pack).
• Current and previous clients may be exempt from these requirements at their coach's discretion.
• The trainer will determine the quantity of nutrition coaching and the number of days of programming.
