Salsa Workout begins with 10-15 minutes total body warm up. This warm up is energetic and fun. It is done while students listen to stimulating music to get them in a dance mood.

During the first 10-15 minutes the muscles and joints are warmed up and the students are ready to learn how to dance. This is done to avoid joint injuries from jumping straight to dancing without warming up. It is also a good way to lose calories and shape core muscles.

This class will gradually build new steps every time until at the end the students will be dancing an entire choreography.

The class presents the very popular Salsa on 2. This is a salsa style, which came from New York and took over the East Coast. Along with that the students will be exposed to other Latin dances like cha-cha, marengue, and bachata.

This class is an intense workout so the students will be losing pounds and shaping bodies while they learn hot dance moves. Students have to be in good health to sign for Salsa Workout.

Salsa Workout SCHEDULE

Classes start: Wednesday,June 4, 2008 (every Wednesday for 6 weeks)

Time: 8:30pm - 9:45pm
