Can I cancel my membership if I am moving?
It depends on the type of membership plan you are enrolled in. Discounted, term and special membership plans are not eligible for early cancellation or freezes.
I am pregnant, can I freeze my membership?
Yes, you will need to come into the club in person and speak with a Membership Services Consultant.
Where do my Initiation Fees go and why do I have to pay them?
Initiation Fees go into improving the club and upgrading our current equipment, facilities and amenities. None of your fees are ever used to train our staff on selling memberships or useless expenditures. All fees are reinvested into the club to allow us to stay current with the industry best practices and latest equipment technology. Without these fees, we would be unable to upgrade our clubs and maintain their current level of quality.
What type of documentation do you need for domestic partners?
None. Simply come to the club together and sign up jointly.
What happens at the end of my first year membership contract?
All fees increase to the prevailing universal membership rate to allow you to cancel your membership at anytime and use any of our facilities.
How do I utilize my free guest pass each month?
If your membership is eligible for a free monthly guest pass, that will noted in your account. Each time you bring a guest, it is logged into your account and tracked that way. If you are unsure about whether or not you have used a guest pass that month, simply ask the front desk or call into any club to have a Cheetah staff member look up your account. Please note that all guests must present a picture ID in order to enter the facilites for your safety and that of the other members.
Are locks available at the front desk?
Yes, locks are avialable for a $1 rental fee and you must leave a picture ID at the front desk in exchange for the lock.
What if I forget my keycard or barcoded ID card?
You can still check into the club if you have a picture on file in the system or any other picture ID with you.
Is parking included in my membership?
Yes, each of our facilites has parking available on a first come, first served basis. Please read the Location information regarding parking.
What if my EFT information changes or credit card expires?
Simply call any club with your updated information or let the front desk staff know and they will update your account for you.
