Important Changes:

BodyJam Removal - Your regular instructor, Courtney Kellogg, had to take a leave of absence but we are anxiously awaiting her return in the fall. In the meantime, our attempt to replace her with another BodyJam certified instructor did not work out so we have tried our best to replace this class with comparable cardio workouts. Please know, these were all last minute occurrences and we are diligently working to find a more suitable cardio dance-like replacement.
