12-Week Program


12 Week Significant Weight Loss Program
If you need to lose at least 30 lbs or more, we have a great program for you. A comprehensive 12-week program that will include:

    Two 1-hour weekly workouts to get your metabolism in gear, improve endurance, and build strength
    A supportive group environment including other people with large weight loss goals

    -  30 min biweekly discussions on modifying behavior, improving consistency, staying motivated, and underlying emotional issues associated with body weight from a professional psychologist
    o       Emotional Eating
    o       Sustaining Healthy Change
    o       Self-Esteem/Body Image
    o       Assertiveness
    o       Stress Management
    o       Anger Awareness
    - 30 min biweekly informational sessions on health and fitness, exercise, and nutrition provided by a professional exercise physiologist
    o       Exercise Science I: Exercise guidelines  
    o       Nutrition I: Nutrition guidelines
    o       Nutrition II: Advanced nutrition
    o       Exercise Science II: Cardiovascular system
    o       Exercise Science III: Metabolism
    o       Exercise Science IV: Muscle
    - Opportunities to find “workout buddies” with like-minded goals and fitness levels
